The program was made and compiled using Visual Basic 5. This is a simple program that made from "Randomize function" and "Random Statement." That's why it is very small only 17kb executable uncompressed file. BUT the next  version will contain "Case Functions and If-then-else statements" for FILTERS. Filter is a functions that will eliminate unwanted numbers such as "straight box" , "Quad and Triple matches",  "Quad Even/Odd" and etc...

The program generates random numbers from 0000 to 9999 for 4-Digit,
6/42 Lottery and 6/45 Lottery.  This software was made for Phlippine Lottery and can be use with other the same Lottery around the world. 

Here's the instruction to Install.
1> Copy the zipped file RNDGEN.zip to the newly created subdirectory. 
2>Unzip the file using Winzip or Pkunzip.
2> Run the Setup.

RndGen version 1.1: contains Random generator for 4-Digit, Lottery 6/42 and Lottery 6/45.

RndGen version 1.2: Filters are now included for 4-Digit such as "4 matches" and "3 matches"
